Wheather you know precisely what you want or if your only requirement is the use of your company logo we can design a style and create a website unique for you.

Through our interactive design process, you are kept in the loop and will remain involved on all decisions that we take. Your involvement with the design can be as in-depth or as removed as you want; you can micro-manage the design process or take a back seat and give the final "go-ahead" on reciept of the design; however, we do encourage our clients to continually give input throughout the design process.

Unlike maany other web design studios, we do not have stock templates and generic websites that are adapted to incorporate your mandatory requirement and alter your wishes to fit the template. Instead, each of the websites we develop are designed from the ground up and are based on your requirements, ideas and wishes. Of course, we also offer our ideas to you and explain what we have discovered works best and use our experiance to advise you and explain when something won't work or can't be done.

We know that your business is unique, so your website should be too.

All the websites that we create are custom built and developed through skilled hand coding. Other developers often use WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editors to do the majority of the creation and only manipulate the code direct when absolutly necassary. Although we agree that this can be beneficial for quick design prototypes, it is not the best way to create the entire site.

Our developers hand-code all our websites which results in faster load times, easier maintenance and an overall more efficient and user (and developer) friendly website.

Why use a Professional Developer?

Although many website design packages, such as Microsoft FrontPage and Adobe Dreamweaver, claim to be able to help non-experianced users to create professional web pages, they are often limited in layout and element positioning and are unable to create the unique flare a professional developer can create; however, more fundamentally critical to businesses, they can not advise on the legal and technical issues of developing and publishing websites.

Your Legal Requirements

Under UK law it is illegal to have a publicly accessible website that discriminates against any potential or actual visitors. As with high-street shops, a public website must be accessible and usable to all members of the public. This requires a reasonable user-friendly interface to allow users with limited abilities to navigate and "use" the website and its' features. However, it doesn't stop at just having a clear, simple and easy to use controls; considerations must be made about different web browsers and devices used to display the site such as Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari; PC, Mac or mobile phone. A major consideration should also be given to the visually impaired who use screen readers to speak the text or a refreshable braille device to output the text in braille.

With so many different devices and configurations to consider it can become a minefield of confustion to navigate to ensure compliance to as many as reasonably possible.
